Pastor Jay Lewis, The Journey Church, Newton, Kansas
I believe with all my heart the time has come for churches to begin a new day of cooperation and shoulder to shoulder ministry.  Now is the time to join hands in building the Kingdom with a strong, united effort.

There are many “brands” of churches in a community such as Newton, all with their strengths and weaknesses.  Why not draw on each other’s strengths and tap into the resources already present within the various churches?  When we focus on our strengths, our weaknesses will be overshadowed when another church is able to fill the void.

The Journey Church is proud to join with several other churches in the community to be a pioneering church in this important effort.  We are firmly standing with Timothy Conner as The Missional Church Network’s leader.  I encourage individuals and churches to join the MCN team investing financially and prayerfully, as we seek to build the Kingdom of Heaven in Newton… together!

Pastor Mark Isaac, Development Director, Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary
From the first weeks of Timothy Conner's arrival in Newton it became clear that he was God's answer to many prayers for a bolder witness of the gospel of Jesus Christ in our community. I have knelt with him and other pastors for hours of intense intercessory prayer for each other, for the unity of the Church, and for the lost of our community. The Missional Church Network, in part, is an answer to those prayers, too.

I wholeheartedly support Timothy, the call he has from God, and the unique vision and ministry of The Missional Church Network. May God use it and a uniting Church to make this community a place where many, many people find new life in Jesus!

Pastor Jason Reynolds, Hillcrest Community Church, Newton, Kansas
From the beginning of my ministry God has placed it in my heart to work and pray toward evangelism and ministry shared throughout the body of Christ.  At a recent conference I attended, I learned that the partnership model of ministry has received a fresh anointing of the Spirit in many communities throughout the United States, India, Indonesia, Nepal, and in Europe.

It’s wonderful to see that the Holy Spirit is also opening doors for Newton to be a part of this world-wide revival.  Newton needs Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit.  There’s no doubt in my mind that The Missional Church Network is the right partnership at the right time for the right reasons.  Hillcrest Community Foursquare Church strongly believes it is our job to build God’s family, and not our own kingdom.  Therefore, our church is excited about our partnership in the network, and support the prayer, evangelism, and Spirit-led ministries that will be a part of this incredible revival in Newton and Harvey County.

Roger Scantlin, Pastor, New Life Assembly of God, Newton
I think what the Lord has lead you to do in our community is something that most people in the church world find hard to believe, yet should be the norm.  Thanks for being obedient to the Lord in leading the pastors/churches in a unified effort to reach our community.  It's Biblical, effective, plus...a lot of fun.  Thanks for your friendship and allowing me to be a part of something so incredible.
